About this edition
Hosted by the iaelyon School of Management at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, the 6th edition served as a dynamic platform for early-career and senior scholars, including PhD candidates, to engage with international experts, collaborate and further develop their research in the field of entrepreneurial ecosystems. The school combined keynotes, a JBV-aligned Paper Development Workshop, a Methods Workshop and structured networking.

The Microfoundations of Entrepreneurial Ecosystems — JBV Special Issue PDW
The 6th edition placed the microfoundations of entrepreneurial ecosystems at the heart of the agenda, anchored by a dedicated Paper Development Workshop in collaboration with the Journal of Business Venturing on its Special Issue on this topic.
Topics included theoretical and economic perspectives on the interplay between ecosystem components, evolutionary and longitudinal dynamics, predictive models, Global South and low-income ecosystems, ethical/inclusive/social dimensions, and novel theories and methods pushing the boundaries of current research practices.
