Nature of the Initiative
EERS — Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Research School is an independent academic and scientific initiative organized by an international network of researchers, experts, reviewers, and contributors.
EERS does not constitute a separate legal entity, corporation, commercial company, or registered institution.
Administrative, technical, and organizational coordination of the initiative is provided by ADALIA Institute.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all platform-related and organizational content available on this website — including interface design, website structure, visuals, communication materials, digital assets, and non-scientific organizational content — is protected under applicable intellectual property laws and remains the property of ADALIA Institute or the relevant rights holders.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, publication, extraction, or commercial exploitation of such content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
Authors' Rights
Authors, speakers, researchers, reviewers, and contributors retain ownership of the intellectual property rights relating to the papers, abstracts, presentations, posters, research materials, datasets, publications, and scientific or academic content they submit or present through EERS, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
By submitting content to EERS, contributors grant ADALIA Institute, acting as the organizational coordinator of the EERS initiative, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- review and evaluate submissions,
- organize peer-review and scientific assessment processes,
- communicate with authors and reviewers,
- display accepted contributions within the conference framework,
- publish abstracts, speaker profiles, biographies, conference programs, and related scientific materials,
- record, archive, reproduce, and disseminate conference-related content for institutional, academic, educational, documentation, or promotional purposes,
- and promote EERS activities through digital, audiovisual, print, or institutional communication channels.
Such authorization remains strictly limited to purposes directly connected to the organization, dissemination, visibility, documentation, and promotion of EERS and its related activities.
No transfer of ownership over contributors' intellectual property rights shall be inferred unless expressly established through a separate written agreement.
