Privacy

EERS collects only the personal data necessary to operate the conference: name, email, affiliation, ORCID for authors/reviewers; billing data for registrations. Data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. Stripe is used as payment processor. Users may request export or deletion of their data at any time.
